Each customer has the choice of basic redwood raised beds or upscale craftsman quality raised beds with 2x6 top caps that you can sit on while working in your garden. Which ever you choose, you can also have them tall or short. Then there are a few additional steps that I take to protect the wood so that it lasts for a long time. There are a lot of factors involved in the building of raised planters and a garden. An expert can save you from making a lot of costly, time-consuming mistakes. Vegetable Garden Instruction and Help

If you need help growing a garden, I will give you personalized instruction and help on how to plant seeds or plants, how to care for them and harvest them as well as storing and some cooking advice. How to prepare and amend the soil for the next crop, what to plant, what plants to put next to each other, and how to rotate your crops.

Site Preparation and Irrigation Installation

Once the site is chosen there may be a need for site preparation. Clearing of existing plants, weeds, etc, Rototilling of existing soil and trenching for a water line to service the automatic drip irrigation. You definitely want to have drip irrigation.

It's More Than Just a Vegetable Garden
It's a healthy way of life. You vegetables will be healthier than store bought, you will feel a sense of accomplishment that is a boost for self esteem and that is good for your soul. Working in a vegetable garden relieves stress and anxiety, it is peaceful and improves quality of life. Sometimes I like to just sit in the garden and look at it. It makes me feel good. It is great for mental health.

Teach your children how to grow vegetables. It is a great life skill for them and it is rewarding for them to know that they can be self sufficient. It is also something you can do together, this build's memories. Isn't that a beautiful thing? I remember gardening with my mother when I was a little boy, those are fond memories.
